The Schedule
When you log in to the mobile app, you’ll be greeted with the schedule. The schedule is where you will find all of the workouts and coaching messages assigned to you for the current three-week period, which includes that past week and the upcoming two weeks.

In Progress Workouts
In progress workouts are workouts that you have begun but have not yet completed. These workouts are displayed in yellow on the schedule, and clicking on them will take you to the workout that is currently in progress. A workout will not be marked as complete until you complete all sets of all exercises for that workout.

Completed Workouts
Workouts will be marked as complete after you have completed all sets of all exercises for the workout, and responded to any survey questions that your trainer may have linked to the workout. These workouts will be displayed in gray on the schedule with a white check mark. Clicking on a completed workout will open the workout overview screen where you can view the reps and weight you entered for each set of each exercise.

Coaching Messages
Active coaching messages are displayed in teal on the schedule. These messages are items that your trainer would like you to complete but are not necessarily a full workout, and are denoted with the subheading, “Coaching Message.” An example of a coaching message would be, “Walk at least 10,000 steps.” Clicking on a coaching message will open the Coaching Message screen which allows you to mark the message as complete.
